The first public
version of East Coast Main Line: North East has now been released on
the Steam Workshop. The route is a complete overhaul of the original
East Coast Main Line (Newcastle to York) route and although currently
still a work in progress project, it is possible to drive the full
length of the route including to and from various freight points,
with overhauled scenery, stations, revised speed limits, catenary and
signalling to reflect the prototype.
Early access still
stands, and those who have this access will still receive upgrades in
advance of any public release. This will include the continuation of
route development, route extensions and new scenarios. This will also
apply to new extensions of both Edinburgh to Glasgow, City Lines and
future projects.
