Exeter St Davids

Intercity did say once upon a time "We're Getting There". I am starting to feel the same about the development of Bristol to Exeter. "I'm getting there!"

Steep Learning Curve

I wanted a bit of time off route building and to test myself with something new, learning the finer arts of 3D modeling if you will so what you see so far obviously has a crudeness about it.

As for future plans, will we have this in game? Well, I have been thinking about the possibility of refining it and releasing it as a static model in upcoming scenarios first and foremost as I feel it would add something to stations like Newcastle and Darlington, it is after all drawn to plan and to scale so that wouldnt be a problem. I could then see where I could go after that and possibly get a working model but that would be some way off.

Something Different

After huge problems on Friday, resulting in lost work and a complete re-install due to a Steam related issue, I decided to look through my older backed up work and forgot I had this!

Still WIP but some might be interested to see how it looks.

Steam Special

A break from the norm for me, I don't usually do Steam!

Here, double headed Black-5's descend Whiteball Bank on an early morning railtour.

Cresston V4 - Progress Map

For those of you who are fans of Cresston, here is an updated route map of the V4 layout as it stands. The red line at the bottom denotes where the boundary of V3 ended, just north of Mayweather station.

Welcome to DPSimulation

In the past I have had several blogs which meant that information I gave out became very fragmented. I have now decided that all of my simulation work will all be showcased on this blog, it helps me keep myself in order more than anything else!

I am also going to try and keep it updated as regularly as possible so keep an eye out for updates!
