I have added a new page to the website which is effectively an Amazon store. It operates in exactly the same way as if you were buying something from Amazon.co.uk, but the clickthrough from our store means that should a purchase be made, we receive a small amount of commission which will contribute to server and bandwidth costs. The same goes for advertising on both the blog and website, where clickthrough also provides a small amount of income towards keeping the website free and always available.
I am still experimenting with the store but have tried to tailor it so that it displays only the things which are relevant to DPSimulation and our hobby such as boxed add-ons, reference books and model railway items.
If you are planning on making a purchase from Amazon, please take a few seconds and try and do it through our store, the process should be exactly the same. Thanks.
